Historique :

Créée à la fin du XIXe siècle, en 1891, la brasserie Wantiez, située dans la cour de la Citadelle à Elouges[1], fut abandonnée en 1959. Elle était réputée pour sa Saison

[1] La Citadelle d’Elouges est située à quelques mètres de la rue du Commerce. Il s’agit d’une sorte d’impasse subdivisée en couloirs qui forment une sorte de labyrinthe.
