  • Brasserie Louis Tellier ( ?-1897)
  • Brasserie Henry-Rousseau (1897-1924)

Historique :

Créée en 1897, la brasserie Henry devenue par la suite Rousseau était située à la rue de la Fontaine des numéros 30 à 36 à Elouges. Elle est désaffectée en 1929. Elle possédait sa propre malterie. Aujourd’hui, elle n’a laissé aucune trace si ce n’est son nom. En effet, ce carré de bâtiments est aujourd’hui transformé en maisons individuelles.
