Historique et \u00e9volution :<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>
Le 26 septembre 1795, il est accord\u00e9 \u00e0 un meunier de Wih\u00e9ries, Fran\u00e7ois Libiez, de construire un moulin \u00e0 vent entour\u00e9 d\u2019un mur sur une portion de terrain communal de Wih\u00e9ries. Jusque dans la seconde moiti\u00e9 du XIXe si\u00e8cle, le moulin, situ\u00e9 au sud de la rue Neuve reste entre les mains de cette m\u00eame famille de meuniers avant d\u2019\u00eatre compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9moli en 1857. En effet, le terrain communal sur lequel il a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit a \u00e9t\u00e9 loti et des maisons y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construites. Ainsi, sur ce m\u00eame terrain, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablis la maison communale et le parc communal de Wih\u00e9ries ainsi que r\u00e9cemment la nouvelle \u00e9cole communale.<\/p>
